We assist municipal, county, and regional governments in acquiring resources for capital improvements, infrastructure projects, and program support.  

Our K-12 clients have been successful with gaining funding for new construction, curriculum support, extended programming, technology upgrades, transportation, and professional development.  

We have represented libraries for the funding of construction projects, mobile services, digitalization projects, programming support, and technology purchases.   

We have extensive experience in the design, implementation, and management of philanthropic giving programs to support long-term structured endowment funding, capital improvements, and land acquisition.   

Our services to museums have provided funding for the construction of new exhibit space, preservation of historic collections, structural improvements to facilities, and philanthropic support for community outreach programs. 

We have helped both local and regional economic development organizations achieve federal and philanthropic support for retention and attraction programs, entrepreneurial projects, and industrial development.
